By visiting ZBM MEDIA's website and utilising of services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Services: Our services include social media marketing, advertising, and consultation. We will provide these services to the best of our ability and with the highest level of professionalism.
Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of each project or on a mutually agreed-upon schedule. If payment is not received within 30 days, interest may be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Content: All content provided by ZBM MEDIA remains our property and can be used for any purpose without our written consent. All content created for clients remains the property of the client (written or verbal).
Warranties: ZBM MEDIA makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our website or through our services, as they may be subject to change in the near future.
Limitation of Liability: ZBM MEDIA will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement (soon to be contracts) of content creation - ongoing or as a retainer [returning] client at any time with written notice.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved through arbitration.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and legalities of South Australia Sole Trader agreement.
